You may return merchandise within(30) days of receipt of your order. All returns and exchanges are subject to 20 % restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping fees. When shipping back a return or exchange item, please include your original packing list, indicating which item(s) are being returned / exchanged. Once you ship the products, please provide tracking to customerservice@iceboxmail.com so we know when to expect delivery.Once we receive the item(s) back we will ship out your new product. In the case of a return, we will refund your card for the product less the 20 % restocking fee. A refund will take 5 to 7 business days to process on your credit card.
